During my city break, I found this charming hotel that surprised me with its stunning architecture and decoration. the service was friendly, and the food was delightful, with several options to choose from. the pool was perfect to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best aspects was that the hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
There were a few negative aspects that need to be improved. the room was quite dark due to limited natural lighting, which made it difficult to read or do any work during the day.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and festive. The hotel offered a wide selection of food options, especially for traditional holiday dishes. The location was perfect, close to the ski slopes and other winter attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to provide directions and recommendations. It was great to have the option of a spa treatment after a long day on the slopes.
The rooms were not up to our expectations. The bedding was old and uncomfortable, and the heating system was inadequate, leaving the room cold and drafty.

We stayed in a great location, surrounded by a beautiful forest that offered lovely views from the room. the bathroom was clean and spacious, equipped with necessary toiletries. the hotel staff was friendly, ensuring we received help whenever needed. the breakfast menu was wide-ranging and deliciously prepared. the indoor pool was well-maintained, providing us with an intimate and relaxing evening swim.
The outdoor facilities were lacking, which made it difficult to enjoy the sunshine during the day.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The location was serene and close to nature. I could take a stroll in the forest and feel refreshed. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful with any request. The facilities including the tennis court, badminton, basketball, swimming pool, and antique collections were well-maintained. Breakfast was tasty and had a wide selection of cereals, eggs, sausages, and cuts.
All good.
